We hold your name, your email, and the date you joined. Nothing else, ever.
NO COOKIES, NO TRACKING, NO LOGS
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking of any kind, and it loads nothing from anyone else’s servers. We keep no access logs, so we hold no record of who visits, when, or from where. Not anonymised — simply never written down.
THE WAITING LIST
If you join it we store your name, your email address and the date you joined, which is what lets us show exactly what you agreed to and when. That is everything — no IP address, no device or browser details, no location, nothing inferred about you. We will send you exactly two emails: one confirming you are on the list, and one granting you access to our platform when it opens. We never sell, rent or share your details. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form by ticking the box yourself; we record that you gave it, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Our email is hosted by Proton, who handle it on our instructions and nobody else’s. They are the only company that ever touches your address, and only to carry those two messages to you.
WHERE IT IS HELD
Your details are held on secure servers in Germany. Our email provider, Proton, is in Switzerland, which the UK and the EU both recognise as offering equivalent protection. Your details go nowhere else.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We hold your details until you ask us to remove them, or until the list has served its purpose. Email us and we will delete you within 30 days, including from our backups.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable form. You can withdraw your consent at any time. If you believe we have handled your data badly you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
